Environment is great! Staffs at the hotel are helpful and fast response even to un-expectations circumstances. BIG THANKS to Receptionist Mutirah ( I hope I write her name correct!) and all the males staff night shift on 31st Dec 2024 for their professional to keep me felt safe and preventing unfortunately event happened. They’re really a pro. STAFFs like them should be promoted! They’re such assets of the hotel! Thank you guys! Also thanks to staff receptionist Nur for gave us first impression of the warm welcoming when we just reached hotel. And gotta mentions the housekeeping services ( I forgot to ask for their names) two boys are very good at what they do. Thank you everyone. Much appreciate from me.

The bed is really comfortable and huge. We got the lake view, it's really awesome and you can see sunrise in the morning! The staff all were really friendly and helpful. We couldn't or rather we didn't know how to turn on the tv, we called the housekeeping and immediately a staff came to our room to assist with the remote control. 😃😃 The breakfast spread was awesome. There was a good variety of food and the food was really tasty. We booked 3 rooms but when we checked in, only 1 room was ready. When the other 2 rooms were ready, the staff came to our room to give us the keys to the other 2 rooms, we didn't have to go down to the front desk to collect the keys. That's great service definitely!!

The staffs-Extremely friendly and always was around when you needed them especially Marina from the receptionist who approached us to ask how our stay is and if all is good. The staff from the breakfast team which always acknowledge us and always granted our request for half boiled egg which is not in the menus. Their breafast spread is awesome! The room is spacious and clean and they really give us a room deco with swan towels and cake for our anniversary, kudos to all of them which makes our stay AWESOME!!! Will be our 1st choice always when we are in BATAM..

The hotel staff is welcoming and attentive from the moment of arrival until departure. They provide excellent service across all areas of the establishment. The well-known spa service, “Eska,” is conveniently located on level 2, allowing guests to enjoy spa sessions without having to leave the hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food choices, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the hotel prioritizes security, with more than 10 security personnel stationed throughout the premises, ensuring guests feel safe during their stay.

The location is nearby to Panbill Nature Reserve which has a variety of activities catered for every thrill seekers from hiking to ATV to Archery and etc. Booked the room which faces the lake and it was so stunning. It's peaceful, they have many eateries too! The room is clean. The concierge staff were welcoming too! The spa was heavenly and the food. The simplicity of their nasi goreng and Mee goreng are just superb. Thank you for being responsive and prompt with all of my enquiries prior to my trip. Will be back, definitely 🫶🏻
